How not to build an internship program

As ClickMaven, we don’t do jobs. We do mastery and purpose.

We've created an internship program that equips digitally savvy graduates with the skills they need in order to make their mark in the industry.Using a highly structured 6-month internship we equip them with technical and business acumen skills.

Digital designers and developers need to be UX capable
When you are a big corporate like Discovery, having dedicated UX labs and UX specialists are easier to budget for, but when we look at small-to-medium setups or even start-ups, this function is either outsourced or ignored more often than not.
